Meet Eric Vaughn

After an accomplished dance career, Eric Vaughn took a leap into the world of beauty — and found his true passion in hair. He quickly fell in love with extensions and the art of transformation, which became the foundation for what would grow into one of the most inspiring salons in the industry.
Eric opened the first REV location in 2017 with just five chairs, driven by a vision: to create a space where hairstylists could grow, thrive, and reach their full creative potential. That dream expanded in 2020, when REV moved to a larger 10-chair location, and again in 2024 with a stunning remodel that transformed REV into the modern 16-chair salon it is today.
Eric’s obsession with perfectly customized extension work led to an exclusive collaboration with Bellami Hair Extensions, where he personally curated a signature line — from the shades to the names — bringing his artistry to stylists and clients everywhere.
His high standards, eye for detail, and deep commitment to education have shaped REV’s reputation and culture. As Artistic Director for Kenra Professional, Eric continues to inspire the industry on a national level, while making frequent visits back to Houston to train and empower his team.
Now based in Los Angeles, Eric opened REV LA in 2025 and lives there with his husband and their two beautiful daughters. With multiple accolades and industry awards to his name, Eric Vaughn is not just a stylist — he's a visionary shaping the future of hair.
Renee Kalajian | Salon Manager
After starting her career in the medical field, Renee followed her creative passion and graduated from cosmetology school in 2014. While she loved the craft, she never quite found the right salon fit — until she joined Eric Vaughn as his assistant in 2017. That experience sparked a realization: her true calling wasn’t behind the chair, but behind the scenes, helping others shine. After stepping away for a time, Renee returned to REV Houston and stepped into the role of Salon Manager, where she has truly found her place. Her greatest joy comes from guiding stylists as they grow in their craft and confidence — empowering them to reach their full potential. Outside of the salon, she loves gardening, attending concerts with her husband, and spending time with their two children.
Baileigh Wisocki | Lead Stylist level 5
Baileigh Wisocki was born into the beauty industry, growing up alongside her hairstylist mom and developing a passion for hair early on. A licensed cosmetologist since 2018, Baileigh has since made a name for herself with her expertise in blonding and her love for the transformative power of extensions.
In 2022, she made the bold decision to step away from independent styling and joined REV to assist and train under Eric. That time, dedication, and willingness to grow shaped her into the dynamic, skilled stylist she is today — one who brings both artistry and authenticity to every service she offers.
Outside of the salon, Baileigh lights up any room. She loves singing, traveling to tropical destinations, going to concerts, and spending quality time with friends — and of course, with her beloved dog, Mac.

Elodie Espinoza | level 4
Elodie Espinoza has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2014 and found her salon home at REV in 2019. Since then, she has grown into the confident and sought-after stylist she is today, known for her attention to detail and creative flair. Elodie specializes in rich, dimensional red tones and is passionate about K-Tip extensions—but her talents don’t stop there. Whether you’re looking for a bold transformation or effortless maintenance, Elodie brings skill, care, and a personalized approach to every appointment.
Outside the salon, Elodie loves traveling to music festivals and concerts with friends, where she draws inspiration from fashion, culture, and color trends that keep her work fresh and expressive.
Taylor McMahon | Level 4
Taylor has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013 and brings over a decade of passion and creativity to every client she works with. Specializing in lived-in color and hair extensions, Taylor is all about creating effortless, beautiful hair that fits your lifestyle and grows out gracefully. Whether you're looking for natural dimension, a subtle transformation, or added length and volume, Taylor has the expertise to make it happen.
When she’s not behind the chair, Taylor loves spending time with her sweet dog Zoe and curling up with a good book. She has all the reality TV tea. Her calm, friendly energy makes every appointment feel relaxed and personalized- like catching up with a friend while getting the hair of your dreams.
Jeniffer Ruiz | Level 3
Jennifer Ruiz has been in the salon industry for 8 years, bringing creativity and passion to every client she serves. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2018, she has honed her skills in both color and styling, joining the REV team in 2024. Jennifer specializes in creating custom color looks that enhance her clients' natural beauty and features. She believes that great hair should not only look amazing, but also fit seamlessly into her clients' lifestyles—offering tailored maintenance plans to keep hair healthy and vibrant between visits. Outside the salon, Jenn is a matcha connoisseur and proud mom of two daughters. She loves spending time outdoors, especially at the park with her girls, soaking up nature and making memories.
Kody Calloway | Level 3
Born and raised in Silsbee, Texas, Kody Calloway has always had a creative spark and a passion for self-expression. That passion led him to the world of hair in 2020—and he hasn’t looked back since. After honing his skills and building his reputation, Kody made the move to Houston, where his talent quickly stood out. He became the official hair sponsor for Miss Teen Texas, showcasing his artistry. Today, Kody is a Level 3 Stylist at Rev, known for his sharp eye. Kody loves helping clients feel confident and stylish. Whether he’s creating bold transformations or enhancing natural beauty, Kody brings heart and vision to every appointment. Outside of the salon, Kody finds inspiration in music, art, and traveling the world—always looking for new ways to bring fresh energy and creativity to his craft.
Stephen Jeon | level 2
Stephen joined Rev to broaden his expertise and is currently expanding his skills into the world of hair extensions, always striving to grow as a versatile and well-rounded stylist. Stephen’s approach is both technical and trend-conscious, and he takes pride in helping every client look and feel their best. Originally from Korea, Stephen brings precision, style, and a passion for men's grooming to the Rev team. With a strong and loyal male clientele, he’s especially known for his expertly crafted Korean perms and sharp, tailored haircuts.
Outside the salon, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and their young son. He’s also a big fan of karaoke and loves exploring new and adventurous foods whenever he can.
Delilah Gonzalez | level 2
Delilah Gonzalez has had a lifelong passion for hair and beauty — and in 2022, she finally turned that dream into reality. After completing cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell she joined REV as an apprentice. She completed the salon’s training program in 14 months with dedication and enthusiasm. Delilah’s favorite services are extension and color transformations, where she gets to create dramatic, confidence-boosting results.
Outside of the salon, Delilah cherishes time with her husband and their two children. Attending her daughter's cheerleading performances. She brings that same warmth and commitment to her clients, creating a welcoming experience from start to finish.
Loreance Vega | level 1
Loreance Vega, one of the rising talents here at Rev! Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Texas from the age of four, Loreance brings a rich blend of culture, discipline, and creativity to her work. At 19, she proudly joined the U.S. Air Force, serving eight years. After retiring from military life, Loreance followed her passion and enrolled in cosmetology school—taking her natural eye and obsession for beauty and style to the next level.
Now completing her apprenticeship at Rev, Loreance is excited to continue growing as a stylist and bring confidence and joy to every client who sits in her chair. She’s especially inspired by color, transformations, and keeping up with the latest trends.
Outside of the salon, Loreance is a proud mom to a playful 3-year-old son and loves spending time with her family. She’s been married since she was 19 and enjoys shopping, creating fun and intricate nail designs, and curling up with a good book
Farid Ali | Apprentice
Farid Ali made the bold decision in 2024 to leave the corporate world and follow his passion for hair. Now a dedicated apprentice at REV, he’s embracing this exciting new chapter with creativity, drive, and a fresh perspective on the beauty industry.
So far in his journey, Farid has gravitated toward styling and K-tip extensions, enjoying the transformation and confidence these services bring to clients. As he continues through the training program, his interests may evolve — but his commitment to mastering his craft remains steady.
Outside of the salon, Farid enjoys cooking, working out, and traveling with his partner. His warm personality and attention to detail make him a natural fit behind the chair, and he's excited to grow and connect with every guest who sits in it.
Brooke Emmott |Assistant
Brooke Emmott’s journey into the beauty industry began with a leap of faith. When she first joined REV, she wasn’t quite sure where her path would lead — but once she stepped into the salon environment, she knew she had found her place.
Inspired by the energy, creativity, and community around her, Brooke enrolled in cosmetology school and is now on her way to becoming a licensed professional. She’ll soon begin her apprenticeship at REV, where she’s excited to grow, learn, and turn her passion into a career she loves.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys relaxing with friends and spending quality time with her family. Her dedication, curiosity, and positivity make her a rising star, and we couldn't be more proud to have her on our team.
Karly Murphy| Assistant Manager
Karly Murphy is the friendly, outgoing face you'll often see helping keep things running smoothly at REV. A proud wife to her college sweetheart and mom of two energetic boys, Karly originally joined REV in a part-time role — but her positive energy, reliability, and natural connection with both clients and the team quickly made her an essential part of our support staff.
With a background in education, Karly spent time working in the school system before stepping away to focus on her growing family. What started as a small role evolved into something much more, and today she brings organization, warmth, and plenty of personality to the REV experience.
When she’s not chasing her littles or brightening the salon, Karly enjoys a good cocktail and a night out with great food and even better company. Her vibrant spirit helps make REV feel like home for everyone who walks through the door.
Danielle Brown |Independent stylist
With over 14 years of experience behind the chair, Danielle Brown brings a deep passion to every client she serves. Specializing in lived-in color and all methods of extensions, Danielle is known for creating effortlessly beautiful looks. A self-proclaimed hair nerd, Danielle’s love for education and technique led her to become an Amika Brand Educator and a Bellami Regional Educator. She thrives on staying ahead of trends, sharing knowledge, and helping other stylists grow in their craft.
Beyond the salon, Danielle and her wife love spending time with their child. A lover of life’s finer things — especially a fancy dinner at a new hot restaurant. Her warm, inclusive energy makes every guest feel welcomed, seen, and empowered in her chair
