Booking Requirements
When you interact with our salon, we will collect the following personal information:

We use Mangomint for secure online booking and client management. All data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
Credit Card Policy
To book any appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. This card will be authorized for $1 at the time of booking to verify its validity.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation or no-show policy. Full details of this policy are available during booking and in your confirmation email.

Storage Policy
At REV we offer complimentary storage of your purchased hair extensions to support your maintenance schedule and protect your investment. Please review the following policies:

We take care to store all client hair in labeled and sealed containers; however, we are not liable for damage, loss, or deterioration due to time, product build-up, or hair quality.

If you wish to retrieve your hair without booking a reinstall, please provide 24-hour notice.

We will store your hair extensions for up to 12 months from the date of original install or purchase.

After 12 months, any unclaimed or unused hair will be discarded or donated at our discretion.

If we are unable to reach you at the end of the storage period, the hair will be considered abandoned and responsibly discarded.
Children Policy
We love and appreciate children—but for the safety, comfort, and experience of all guests, we kindly ask that children only be present in the salon if they are receiving a scheduled service.
We do not offer discounted pricing for children’s services. Our stylists dedicate the same level of care, time, and product to every guest, regardless of age.
Please note: If you arrive with a child who is not receiving a service and cannot be picked up in a timely manner, we will need to reschedule your appointment and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
